The Jansen HS-20DS63K double (two-way) splitter

is a small revolution among wood splitters. Because this

machine works in both directions (both forward and reverse!), you work twice as fast!

There is no more "empty" return and fuel consumption is also much more efficient!

It has an actual splitting pressure of 20 tons in the front line (17 tons in the return line), a powerful 2.2 kW electric motor and a solid KOHLER engine with a power of 6.5 HP.

The splitting pressure of our splitters is measured directly on the splitter, so this information also corresponds to the actual splitting pressure. Many other suppliers quote unrealistic values that are never achieved in practice.

The hydraulic pump is driven by

a very durable, high-quality

Kohler gasoline engine with a power of 6.5 HP

or a powerful electric motor (400V, 2.2 kW).

You can freely choose between electric or petrol drive. The set includes elements for conversion and operation in petrol or electric mode.

Thanks to the horizontal structure, the wood is always at working height.

The hydraulics are very fast. The full feed phase takes only 7 seconds. The length of the split piece can be up to 60 cm.

The splitter is extremely easy to use.

The engine is very easy to start with the recoil starter and starts very well even in sub-zero temperatures

. All you need for the electric motor is the appropriate cable and power connection. However, the newest attraction is the possibility of combined surgery!

This means that you control the splitter using a 6.5 HP petrol engine or an electric motor.

Depending on your location, you'll always be ready to go.

The set includes a cross wedge that simply attaches to the splitting wedge. Switching between wedge and cross is done in seconds! The length of the splitting wedge is approx. 20 cm and the cross wedge is 20 cm, and the height is 15 cm.

The Jansen HS-20DS63K can be easily towed

to the job site using the ball hitch. The device is not approved for transport on public roads. Due to its small overall width (approx. 102 cm), the device can also be transported on a regular trailer.

ATTENTION

The device is delivered well packed and disassembled in a wooden box. Final assembly will take approximately 4-5 hours. The scope of delivery includes an operating manual in German. Assembly is usually easy, but may require two people to do the job as the individual parts are heavy! The components needed for conversion and operation in petrol or electric mode are included in the scope of delivery. The first filling of the device requires approximately 10 liters of HLP46 hydraulic oil. The engine requires approximately 1 liter of engine oil. Here we recommend multigrade oil with a classification of 10W40 or 15W40.
